Offline is BetterUp’s exclusive, invitation-only executive retreat designed for C-level leaders. The two-day event, held annually at the Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, California, is intentionally curated to foster deep connection, reflection, and insight among top executives.

From the stage design to the attendee welcome kits, the brand lived up to its name with light-touch branding and visuals that evoked an elevated sense of balance and serenity.
